The best of Rome and the Vatican museums tour from port of Civitavecchia

Dear guests, this is one of the most requested tour by cruisers because you can visit the best monuments of Rome and the Vatican museums, the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica.

The tour is conducted by an English speaking driver, professionally skilled, who will not enter the sites but explains history and features and stops at the places that require a visit.

You will be picked up at the gangaway of your cruise ship at 7:30am by a driver from our company, who will hold a sign bearing your name on it.
Then you will make your way to the Vatican City State in order to visit the Vatican museums with the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica (note that the guided tour is not included and has a cost of €180 up to 5 people and €250 up to 8, neither skip the line tickets, €40 each one)

Afterwards you will have a break for lunch, that can be light and fast, sandwiches or sliced pizza, or a nice local restaurant for tasting the famous Carbonara Pasta.

The afternoon will be spent visiting the most renowned places of Rome, the celebrated Spanish square and the Spanish  Steps, the Colosseum that is the symbol of Rome, and Trevi Fountain, the Corso street that is the main shopping road, and piazza Victor Emanuel with the famous State Altar.

Aferwords, you will be transferred back to Civitavecchia port within 5pm.
