You will be met at your hotel or any other location of your convenience in the city center of Rome, at 9 or 10 am, and you will make your way to Tivoli in a comfortable and elegant Mercedes vehicle for this extraordinary tour to discover the history and features of the two villas of Tivoli.

The transfer to the villa takes approximately 45 minutes, after which you will begin your visit to the impressive remains of Hadrian’s Villa. The first day’s itinerary includes a visit to the Pantheon, to see from the inside what was once the temple of the Twelve Gods, and the famous ‘oculus’ in the center of the dome, the only source of light in the building itself. After a lunch break, we head to the Via Appia Antica to enter the Catacombs and discover the secrets of the ancient Roman crypts. Finally, we visit San Pietro in Vincoli, the basilica that houses Michelangelo’s statue of Moses and the chains that bound St Peter.
