The Experience
This tour has been created especially for travelers who are waiting to start a cruise adventure or have just finished, and before going back home, they wish to enjoy Rome!
You will be picked up by a driver from our company, Rome-limousines, with a Mercedes Limo Van or Sedan, and your bags will be stored and kept safe in the car while visiting Rome.
This tour includes a three-hour city sightseeing plus a transfer to/ from Civitavecchia Cruise Port, and it is conducted by an English-speaking driver who will give you all the historical information and time available to enjoy the spots, and take pictures.
The itinerary is flexible, depending on your preferences. We usually offer a 3-hour tour, but we can extend it to more hours upon request! Your driver will show you the most important monuments and sites such as the Circus Maximus, the Palatine hill, the Colosseum, and Capitol hill with the emotional Roman Forum. Then you will see Venice Square with its imposing modern building commonly called The Altar of Fatherland, the Pantheon, with its immense dome, the largest concrete dome ever built in the world. Moreover, Trevi Fountain because, tossing a coin in its bathtub means come back to Rome!
Itinerary Post Cruise Tour
3-Hour Tour
- Pick-up at 8 or 9 am from your cruise ship
- Drive to Rome for about 1 hour and 20 minutes
- 1st. stop at Gianicolo Hill, the viewing place of Rome
- 2nd. stop, St. Peter’s Square (you will be given time to enjoy the place)
- 3rd. stop, Pantheon, the renowned temple dedicated to all the Roman Gods
- 4th. stop, Trevi Fountain, where you can make a wish by tossing the coins
- 5th. stop, Spanish Steps and the Square, the district of fashion designers
- 6th, stop, Colosseum, the huge amphitheater for gladiators’ combat
- Drop-off at customers’ residence

In case of Pre Cruise Tour, the itinerary will be opposite, from the residence/ hotel of customers, to Civitavecchia port after the 3 hours tours
